The study, conducted by Energy Research Consulting Group (ERCG), benchmarks retail energy suppliers based on feedback from Aggregators, Brokers, and Consultants (ABCs) across the United States.
SmartestEnergy also earned ERCG Excellence Awards in all major categories that define overall satisfaction:

• #2 in End Customer Experience – Score: 4.05
